Hola a todos.
Con este post, damos por cerrado este blog. No le borraremos, se quedará así. Para el que quiera recordar las aventuras de ese magnífico perro que fue Verdi, puede hacerlo. Será como su rinconcito, su legado.
Le extrañamos mucho. Siempre estará con nosotros. Y este blog, será como tenerlo cerca siempre en el ciber espacio.
Gracias por vuestra amistad todos estos años, y nunca olviden a Verdi, mi perrito grande, como yo le llamaba..

Hoy, hace un año que te fuiste, pero recuerdo el día que viniste a casa, hace 16 años....

Llovía, era invierno y no era de extrañar que en la ciudad hiciera frio, pero que mucho frio, era 15 de enero. Las rebajas ya habían empezado, las fiestas familiares ya habían pasado. Pero igual, por la ventana se sentía un murmullo de gente que pasaba por debajo de su balcón. Era algo normal teniendo en cuanta donde vivía y que su salón daba a ese callejón que retumbaba todo.

Era de noche. Tocaron el timbre y refunfuño al levantarse del sofá. Ver los leños quemándose en la chimenea la habían adormecido y le molestó que llamaran. Se extrañó, era su amiga Dolores. Le dijo que subiera y se puso las pantuflas que habían quedado junto al sofá.

Ni intentó ponerse algo de ropa más decente. Era una buena amiga, y que importaba si la recibía de pijama con jersey. Pero no subió sola. Lo hizo con un amigo, un conocido para ella. Pero ya era tarde, conocería su pijama de ositos, también él. Ella pensó, “joder, menuda manera de recibir a este tío”.

Les hizo pasar, preguntando que tal estaban y pidiendo disculpas a la vez por su atuendo. Su amiga entro sonriente y cuando cerró la puerta le puso en sus manos una caja de zapatos que se movía, diciéndole “cuidado”.

Ella se sorprendió por el peso, apoyo la caja en la mesa más cercana y le saco la tapa. En ella se encontró con una mirada asustada que la veía como pidiéndole ayuda para salir. Lo primero que atinó fue a agarrarlo con las dos manos para verlo bien.
Pero si es un perro, dijo.

Su amiga y el conocido, sonreían. Su amiga agregó, “pues si lo quieres es tuyo. Tu no querías un perro?”

Ella ya lo tenía en sus brazos dándole calorcito, temblaba de frio aunque posiblemente fuera de miedo. Acto siguiente preguntó, “de donde ha salido?”
-Nació en una nave industrial de un cliente. Fueron 4 cachorros. No le veo mucho futuro si le dejaba ahí, y pensé en ti. Le quieres?

Pasaron los años, y se le llamó de otras muchas maneras, como perrito grande, pequeño, perrito, cuchi cuchi, chiquitín, etc. Pero la que más le gustaba a ella era decirle, “perrito grande”. Hola a todos, soy la jefa.
Solo paso por aqui, porque hace días que no contamos como esta nuestro perro grande Verdi, y recibimos muchos mensajes preguntamos.
Hoy hemos estado en urgencias, ante otra crisis, pero esta es muy fuerte y no esta bien. Mañana por la tarde vamos de vuelta, pero todo esto no tiene buena pinta.
Verdi esta cansado, y ya no puede mucho más soportar lo que esta soportarndo. Por favor, reza una oración por él .

No estamos perdidos, ni de vacaciones, ni nada parecido. Estamos en casa, pasando calor, con nuestra rutina diaria, de tres comidas, tres salidas, juegos varios y poco más.

Me paso por aquí, para contar que estamos bien. A mí me llevaron esta semana a la bruja esa de bata, que llaman veterinaria. Para vacunarme y esas cosas. Y estoy fantástico. Hasta estoy más flaco. Y muy sano, se acabó el suplicio.

Verdi, también esta mejor. Ahora le ponen aceite de oliva crudo, en su pienso, y sinceramente le hace muy bien. Pero tenemos un problema. A mí me encanta como queda su comida, así que intento comerla yo. La jefa tiene que levantar los platos cuando no está pendiente. Dice que yo no necesito aceite de oliva, que estoy fantástico.

Poco tengo que contar, la jefa tiene mucho trabajo y nunca está en casa. Y Verdi no está muy bien que digamos. No sabe el veterinario que tiene, posiblemente sea solo su edad, casi 15.

Ya hemos vuelto. La jefa estuvo unos días en París, una ciudad que estuvo con Verdi hace mucho tiempo, y que me ha prometido llevarme alguna vez.

Antes que nada, pedir disculpas por escribir poco, pero estamos en una etapa de stand-bye.
Ahora soy el que escribo el blog. James Dog, el perro espía 007, ha tenido que ir en una misión y no volverá en unos días. Verdi, esta cansado con los calores que hace, y ya no tiene obligaciones con el blog.
La jefa esta super ocupada, así que me toca a mi.

Hola a todos, soy Dog, James Dog, el perro espía 007, con licencia para morder.
En esta casa todos están ocupados, sino es descansando es trabajando (léase la jefa) que nadie se ocupa del blog.
En fin. También es verdad que los dos perritos principales de esta mansión están con lo que se llama "tos del perro", una epidemia que hay en Madrid, donde no paran de toser, están con antibióticos.

Pasaba por aquí, aunque he dejado esta tarea a James Dog o a Gaucho, para decir que estamos bien. Ya mucho mejor.
La vida sigue, y hasta la jefa ya se siente mucho mejor después de lo que paso. Gaucho como siempre, en su tónica de ser el perrito faldero de la jefa, donde esta ella, va él.

Me duelen mucho mis patas y ya son casi 15. Me cuesta subir y bajar las escaleras.
Igual tengo que decir que en dos meses más o menos tendremos ascensor en el edificio, así que me resultará mucho más fácil.

Solo paso por aqui para contar a todos que los bebés, el pequeño y el grande, han cruzado anoche el puente hacia el arco iris. No han podido superar esta dura prueba.
Solo deseo, que alguna de vuestras amigas perritas, que ya han echo ese camino ya, los hayan esperado para adoptarlos y darles el cariño que su mamá aqui no les dio.

Los bebés luchan por su vida - The babies fight for his life

Hoy hablo yo, porque los demás en casa no están bien. Están tristes.
Los bebes de Gaucho nacieron el martes por cesárea. Uno estaba atravesado y no dejaba salir al otro, sino la hacia el veterinario, morirían junto con su madre.

Cuando esto pasa, las madres primerizas suelen no querer a sus bebés porque no les reconocen. Han nacido dos. Uno bien, pero el otro tiene un problema congénito que no le deja comer. Si bien ya nació muy débil, ahora lo está más y nos dejará en cualquier momento.

Ha coincidió con su "señora, novia, amante o lo que sea, o mejor dicho con la madre de sus hijos" en la peluquería. Lola, está bien, nos saludo muy alegremente, y sobre todo sus "bebes" están bien. A ella también le iban a cortar el pelo, para que este más cómoda en el parto que parece que será entre el 10 y el 15 de mayo.

Me he enterado, que la jefa de los chicos le han dicho que no creen que este esperando cachorros. Pero la fe es lo último que se pierde.
Ellos siguen por ahi. Gaucho sale todos los días a meditar por los ríos del Tibet, aqui la prueba.

Me ha costado mucho, pero que mucho, porque el Jefe Verdi como lo llaman sus amigos, no quería que lo encontrarán.
Dice que ya esta viejito y que esto del blog, lo cansaba un poco, tener que escribir y esas cosas. Así que primero se fue a un spa a ponerse guapo y descansar.

Me presento ante ustedes pues en casa de estos dos perros llamados Verdi y Gaucho, han estado sucediendo cosas extrañas. Y yo como soy un "espía" de su majestad "la jefa", tengo que investigar que sucede.

No se si lo saben todos, pero yo y Verdi tenemos una paseadora, que se llama Andrea. Ella nos saca a pasear como mínimo una hora al parque. La jefa la contrató cuando Verdi cumplió 12 años, como regalo para él.

Ayer se junto la jefa con unos amigos en casa por su cumpleaños. SI bien ya paso mucho tiempo, no habían podido juntarse antes a festejarlo.
Trajeron una caja enorme y yo escuche que la jefa preguntaba " ¿qué es esto? Es un perro nuevo?

Cuando yo escuche esto, pensé "otro perro en casa? Noooooooooooooooooo".
La jefa desarmo la caja y puso al "nuevo perro sobre la mesa". Yo lo veía algo raro, porque no se movía. Desde el piso no distinguía bien como era el nuevo habitante de la casa.

Ahora lo podemos contar, porque estábamos todos tan preocupados que no teníamos ganas de hacerlo.

Nuestro Verdi ha pasado una semana muy mal. No podía casi caminar y teniendo en cuenta que vivimos en un piso segundo sin ascensor, las salidas a diario eran un calvario para él y para la jefa. Porque pesa 19 kg y era muy difícil para ella ayudarlo a bajar o subir.
Our Verdi has happened one week very badly. He could not walk almost and having in one tells that we live in the second floor without elevator, the exits to diary were a Calvary for him and for the jefa. Because He weighs 19 kg and it was very difficult for her to help to get off or to raise it.

La jefa ha estado muy preocupada y pensó que se debía hacer la idea de lo peor. Pero no. El lunes al fin pudieron ir al veterinario, y todas son buenas noticias. Le han puesto un tratamiento para lo que tenia y ya esta mucho mejor.

Parece ser que fue muscular de jugar. Han ido a una clínica especializada en perros vejetes como el jefe, y también han estado viendo el tema del Cushin, y si aun hoy no tiene síntomas puede que no tenga Cushin, sino solo una deficiencia hepática.

Estamos medios perdidos, pero como siempre la culpa la tiene la jefa y su trabajo que no nos hace ni caso con el ordenador.

Y Verdi, que esta pachucho de nuevo.
Este invierno esta siendo muy duro para él. Le duelen mucho las patas por el frió, y le cuesta mucho salir. La jefa esta muy preocupada por eso. No deja de tirarse a dormir junto a la estufa todo el día.

La jefa escuchó el otro día, que los perros viejos como Verdi, necesitaban estar cómodos con una almohada para estar echados.

Ya empezó el año nuevo. No se muy bien que significa eso pero me han dicho que los humanos cuentan el tiempo con días y que cada tantos cambia el número. Eso ha pasado ayer. Ha cambiado el número de 08 a 09.

Tengo que decir que esta haciendo un tiempo horrible. Entre el frío de estos días, la nieve, el viento. Ahora hay que sumarle que no haga tanto frío, pero llueve.
La jefa dice que es normal en diciembre, así pasamos más tiempo en casa todos juntitos junto a la chimenea preparando el envío de postales de navidad que ya tenemos terminado o casi. El martes salen las últimas.

Como decíamos el otro día, la fiesta estuvo fantástica. La playa es hermosa y disfrutamos mucho. Hicimos un "luau" en la playa, una fiesta Hawaiana con fogata y todo eso.
Las perritas que asistieron se desmadraron y se la pasaron todo el tiempo con Verdi. Era como si estuvieran extaciadas por su edad, prestigio, hermosura en su madurez y su conversación entretenida.
As we said the other day, the party was fantastic. The beach is beautiful and enjoyed much. We made a "luau" on the beach, Hawaian`s party with bonfire and all that. The ladies dogs who attended were "desmadraron" (be crazy) and went all the time with Verdi. It was as if they were exciting by their age, prestige, beauty in their maturity and his conversation entertaining.

Hola colegas, soy Verdi.
Llevamos una temporada silenciosos y todo tiene un porque.
Primero la jefa esta super ocupada con sus cosas y no nos deja el ordenador como primera parte de este silencio.
En segundo lugar yo estoy algo cansado y me paso todo el tiempo durmiendo. Me siguen doliendo mucho las patas y este tiempo lluvioso y frío que parece que el invierno ha llegado aunque falta mes y medio para ello, no me ayuda.
El Gaucho tiene una caja completa de juguetes y se divierte jugando con ellos, él solo. Como se dice por aquí “va a su bola”. Yo mejor, así me deja tranquilo.
Intentan que me una a la fiesta de sus juegos, pero paso. Todo se me esta haciendo cuesta arriba. Hasta para ir a la calle a nuestros paseos diarios, me tienen que despertar y casi tirar de la cama.
La jefa ayer tomo esta secuencia de fotos para que todos comprueben lo que me cuesta levantarme.
Ella dice que es mi edad. Gaucho dice que soy un remolón. Tu que crees?

Como hoy es Halloween, una historia de perros de esas para no dormir..... UUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!

El caso del Perro Chiguagua adoptado...
Una familia que viaja alegremente a Méjico a pasar unas vacaciones pronto descubre que por las calles de Ciudad de Méjico hay muchos perros Chiguaguas. Estos perros son originales de este país y muy abundantes, mientras que en el resto del mundo son muy apreciadas mascotas.
El caso es que estos perros despiertan sentimientos bondadosos en las personas y parecen decir "Recógeme, recógeme".
Al parecer, el hijo del matrimonio encontró un chiguagua abandonado en mitad de la calle que se mostró muy receptivo y cariñoso con la familia. Se dejaba acariciar, comía de la mano y pronto todos se encapricharon de tan fantástico animal.

Decidieron llevárselo a su casa a la vuelta de vacaciones y esconderlo unos días en el hotel antes de partir hacia su casa de nuevo.Cuando la familia llegó a su hogar trataron al Chiguagua fenomenal. Le hicieron una caseta en el jardín y le llamaron "Pufi". Todo era perfecto para todos, menos para el gato de la familia que aparte de sentirse desplazado con la llegada del nuevo miembro de la familia, tenía que velar de continuo por su seguridad personal.

El caso es que un día en que la familia se fue de compras al Carrefour más cercano y al volver se encontraron con una desagradable sorpresa: Pufi, su perro Chiguagua, había sometido a amputación traumática de la cabeza al gato familiar. Todos los esfuerzos por salvarle la vida al gato fueron inútiles, como cabía esperar por la magnitud de la herida.

Lo que más sorprendió a la familia fue que el gato había sido ejecutado de un zarpazo por lo que parecía más el hijo bastardo del Yeti que otra cosa.La familia, de pronto, descubrió que a Pufi, su perro Chiguagua, le habían crecido las garras demasiado en los últimos días, el hocico se le había agrandado y la verdad es que se parecía más a una rata que a otra cosa. Resultó que habían recogido a una rata de las calles de Ciudad de Méjico. Una rata gigante que había entrado en sus vidas y que había acabado con la vida de su gato.
Y colorín colorado este cuento se ha acabado.

Nuestro amigo Spooky nos ha puesto al loro de lo que le esta pasando a un monton de colegas en una protectora de su pueblo. En esa zona lleva lloviendo un monton en el ultimo mes, y se ha inundado dos veces su casetas.
Spooky dice:
"Este es Scooby ,es un colega un tanto especial, os cuento, Scooby es uno de los más veteranos de la protectora de Xativa , lleva allí nueve años. En este tiempo ha visto llegar y marcharse a muchos colegas, pero nadie se ha interesado por el... sus chicas le dicen que tenga paciencia, que algún día alguien lo reclamará y le llevará a su casa. Scooby sonrie, las abraza y le da unos lametones, hasta que las hace reir, el quiere mucho a sus chicas, pero no se hace ilusiones esta es su casa y ellas su familia....Tampoco se esta tan mal, tiene amigos, come todos los días y tiene un sitio donde cobijarse del frio y del calor. Asi estaban las cosas cuando el año pasado el cielo se desplomo de golpe sobre sus cabezas, durante días llovió y llovió, y una noche una avalancha de agua se llevo por delante las instalaciones.

Al dia siguiente, cuando consiguieron llegar, los humanos se encontraron con el desastre, el agua habia destruido todo lo que con mucho esfuerzo habían conseguido durante 20 años de trabajo. El almacén de comida, la pequeña clinica.... y lo peor la guarderia donde estaban 25 cachorros que no pudieron resistir la fuerza del agua. Aquel dia las chicas lloraron con rabia, y los abrazos de Scooby no pudieron devolverles la sonrisa. Scooby y sus colegas ayudaron haciendo lo único que podian hacer, se quitaron de en medio y se reunieron en el rincón mas seco que les quedaba. Al mediodía salió el Sol y un gran arco iris iluminó el cielo, quizá pensaron, los amigos del arco iris nos manden ayuda.
Y la ayuda llegó, por el sitio menos pensado, la noticia saltó a la portada del 20minutos y a internet y muchos humanos se unieron para colaborar, quitar basura, limpiar, reconstruir las vallas. Hasta el ayuntamiento colaboró, les reparó las tomas de agua y de luz para que pudieran trabajar.
La jefa empezó a pensar como ayudar... desde entonces cuando puede hacer algo de "sisa" al presupuesto, les manda cosas de Mercadona,(lejia, guantes, bolsas de basura y claro unos paquetes galleticas para los colegas) no nos conocemos, pero son casi de la familia.
El pasado día 9 volvieron las lluvias, las mejoras y las obras del último año han evitado avalanchas, pero otra vez se ha vuelto a inundar. Hay que volver a limpiar, y arreglar los daños causados.

Los colegas se reunieron otra vez pensando como ayudar y decidieron hacer un blog para contarnos sus andanzas, puede que el milagro se vuelva a repetir.
Nos han mandado unas fotos, os pongo la dirección de la protectora, por si podéis ayudar. En fin como dice Scooby, con probar poco se pierde.

Hola compañeros, soy El Gaucho

Como es domingo, llueve y esta feo, luego de nuestro paseo por la tarde en el parque, la jefa invitó a tomar una taza de té a una amiga suya que se llama Lin, porque se había dejado las llaves dentro de su piso, y tenia que esperar que su marido volviera y abriera. Así que, mi amiga Nieves y su dueña Lin, venían a casa.
Entre una cosa y la otra, se fue sumando más gente y perritos. AL final esta casa era una jauría.
Estaba mis amigas Mapie y su hermana postiza Lura, mi amigo Cosa, Nieves y nosotros, Verdi y yo.
Nos la pasamos muy bien, y dice la jefa que el que mejor se portó fue Cosa.

Hola Colegas, soy Verdi
Hoy, 12 de octubre, es la fiesta Nacional de España. Por eso, nos hemos levantado temprano para ver el desfile como buenos patriotas que somos.
No tenemos costumbre de hacer nada más. Sabemos que otros colegas, hacen fiestas y comen cosas especiales. Pero aquí en España no.
Vemos el desfile, porque la jefa cuando era pequeña, su padre la llevaba a verlos y es una costumbre que ella tiene. Siempre lo ve. Le recuerda a su padre que se sentía orgulloso cuando lo ve. Nosotros lo hacemos por ella.
Nos pusimos firmes y lo vimos por la tele con ella.
En realidad, es solo mi fiesta nacional, porque el Gaucho es Tibetano y lo festeja otro día, aunque como el Tíbet esta invadido por China, nunca lo hemos festejado. Que lío!!!. Eso que solo es mi fiesta, porque la jefa si bien es española ahora, nació en Argentina, así que tiene el corazón repartido. No festeja ninguno, solo ve el desfile por el recuerdo a su padre.
Yo que si soy, pura cepa español, lo festejo...

Today, on October 12, it is the National holiday of Spain. Because of it, we have got up early to see the parade as good patriots that we are. We do not have habit of doing anything more. We know that other colleagues, do parties and special things eat. But here in Spain not.
We see the parade, because the Jefa when she was small, her father was leading her to seeing them and it is a custom that she has. Always one sees it. She remembers her father who was feeling proud when one sees it. We do it for her. We became firm and saw it for the TV with her.

Hola colegas, soy el Gaucho.
Ya estamos aqui de vuelta. La jefa volvio de sus vacaciones por Dublin, Irlanda. Un lugar que dice queda más lejos que la casa de nuestro amigo Simba. Dice que paso por encima de la casa de él en avión, pero estaba tan alto que cuando le grito para decirla hola Simba y familia, no le escucho.
Ha visto muchos colegas por la ciudad, algunos como este de la foto vive en un lugar fantastico junto al mar al norte de Dublin, Howth.

Esta playa que ven es para él solo.

No dejaba de pedirle a la jefa jugar y estuvo con ella un montón de tiempo mientras estuvo por ahi de paseo. Que suerte tuvo. Ha visto más perritos, pero no muchos en la ciudad, sino en las afueras.

Antes de volver ella, habiamos recibido una postal de su parte diciendonos que nos queria mucho y nos extrañaba. El cartero pregunto quien es Verdi y Gaucho? y Bea les dijo, ellos. Se rio mucho. A ver que hace cuando empecemos a recibir las postales de los colegas de navidad?

Hola compañeros, soy Verdi.
Ya contamos el otro día, que tuvimos "okupas" en casa. Bueno estuvieron viviendo con nosotros dos días Mapie y Lura. El que mejor se lo paso con la visita fue el Gaucho. Yo terminé bastante estresado. Intentaba poner orden, hasta que desistí. Me ubique en mi balconcito y solo salia para pasear o comer.
Miren la marcha que tenian estos en casa en este video. Asi durante dos días, un verdadero "menage a troi".

Hola compañeros. Soy Verdi.
Antes que nada, quiero agradecer a todos los que en estos casi 4 años han pasado por aquí, que ayer han superado la barrera de los 100.000 visitantes. Para ser más precisos, 100.058 visitantes.
Si, Cien Mil. Que barbaridad, cuantos perritos y sus dueños han pasado por este blog, y vieron sus páginas. Wow!!! Estoy emocionado, y como.
Cuando empezamos con este blog, yo ya tenia una página, “la página de Verdi”, desde el año 95 aunque ahora en octubre ya la cerramos definitivamente, no hemos renovado el sitio, pero con el tiempo fue la página de la jefa, más que la mía.
Una de las condiciones para escribir aquí, era que solo contara cosas mías y de mis colegas. Por suerte, así fue.
Con el tiempo este blog sumo al pequeño, Gaucho el tibetano. Él tiene su propio blog, pero usar el ordenador para los dos a la vez, llevaba mucho tiempo que nos restaba de jugar, dormir y esas cosas que hacen los perros. Asi que ahora es un blog colectivo. De dos. Nosotros.

Yo ya llevo los mismos años que tengo en Internet, 14. Muchos humanos y cuadrúpedos me conocen por esto. Muchos amigos viejos y nuevos tengo. Gracias a todos. Esto de haber conocido a tantos por este medio es sinceramente una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en mi vida de perro y en la vida de la jefa.

Hola compañeros, soy Verdi
Solo comentarles que estamos algo perdidos por dos razones.
1) La jefa esta de vacaciones en casa y no para de hacer cosas que tenia atrasadas. Ya avisamos que la semana que viene ella se va a Irlanda y nosotros nos quedamos como siempre con Bea, pero sin ordenador. Asi que creo que esta situación de estar perdidos se extenderá hasta fin de mes. Sabemos que hay un monton de cumples este mes, intentaremos dejarles felicitaciones antes que se vaya la jefa.
2) tenemos visitas en casa, bueno yo las llamo Okupas, pues estan viviendo con nosotros Mapie y Lura. Menudo trastos estas dos.
Eso si, con el Gaucho se llevan de maravilla las dos. Lura se pega unas palizas, ya les mostraremos un video.
Y Mapie ama a Gaucho y sino miren a estos dos en el parque. Si esto no es amor que es???

Hemos concluido la recogida de juguetes, correas, collares y chuches para los perritos menos favorecidos. El próximo martes las humanas que les cuidan en el Refugio vendrán a casa a buscar todo lo que juntamos.
Hemos concienciado a los perros colegas del parque y nos han donado lo que estaba sano y limpio, y si era nuevo mejor. Es increíble la cantidad de juguetes que tenemos nuevos y que no usamos.
También irá una bolsa de mi comida anterior sin abrir que cuando me cambiaron la comida recién la habían comprado. Hay de todo. Yo creo que los colegas de El Refugio se alegrarán mucho. A ti que te parece?

Hola colegas, soy Gaucho!!!
Es para dar el parte de como esta Verdi.
El jefe, Verdi, esta bien. Animado, sigue con ganas de jugar, correr y comer sobre todo. La jefa se ha planteado no hacer nada mientras se lo vea tan bien. Sabemos que el tratamiento de lo que tiene es muy doloroso, y no cura. Por eso, luego de más de un mes de ver como seguia, se ha dado cuenta que cada vez lo ve mejor. Asi que por ahora todo sigue bien.
Tambien se dio cuenta, que este verano con tantos traqueteos de veterinarios y esas cosas, no nos habia sacado muchas fotos en el parque, asi que aqui van algunas de Verdi para que todos vean lo bien que esta. Son de este último fin de semana.

Y alguna mia, por supuesto... sino que diran mis amigas perritas ein???

Hace unos meses les contamos los juguetes que teníamos y lo mostramos en un post. Muchos nos preguntaron unos días después si los habíamos roto ya. No les contamos, pero nosotros por diversas razones no rompemos juguetes.
Verdi hace muchos años que no lo hace. Y yo, tengo los dientes muy pequeños para romperlos pero si juego con casi todos. Por eso tenemos tantos. No porque nos compren, sino porque cuidamos los que tenemos. Y aunque caiga un par al año, vamos sumando hasta tener la cantidad que tenemos. Esta...

Ahora, una amiga de la jefa que paso por Madrid, nos regalo estos.

Así que ahora tenemos un montón. La jefa esta pensando en regalar unos cuantos a una fundación de perritos abandonados, y esta juntando de otros colegas que tienen muchos, como también correas y collares, para donarlos a estos perritos que no tienen nada.

Tenemos muchos, lo sabemos. Pero colaboraremos con la jefa en convencer a los colegas de que donen los que estén en buen estado para los perritos que no tiene nada, y por no tener no tiene ni hasta dueños que los mimen como nosotros.

Pues no fue para tanto la pelea, me porté bastante bien. Bueno eso dijo la jefa. En realidad lo que ella no sabe es que como me dio un pequeño huesito para que me divirtiera mientras me cepillaba, yo me porté bastante bien.
Me bañaron y me secaron el pelo sin mayores consecuencias. Es que no quería armar lío. Había estado dos horas en el parque jugando y estaba cansado. Para que pelear con la jefa no?

Hola colegas, soy Gaucho.
Tenemos un problema logístico que me atañen a mí y que creo que no tienen solución, a corto plazo.
A finales de julio la jefa me baño en casa porque mi peluquero se había ido de vacaciones. Fue una lucha cuerpo a cuerpo de las cuales no hay imágenes porque como saben, nosotros somos una familia pequeña y la jefa estaba luchando conmigo en el baño y Verdi durmiendo en su balconcito pasando de la lucha. Nadie había para sacar una foto y menos mal porque no saben la pinta que tenia yo. Nuestra familia es pequeña y nuestro baño también. No tenemos bañera, solo ducha así que la lucha fue cuerpo a cuerpo como decía.
Estas semanas entre peinados y lavado de patas habituales, se acercaba el día del turno para mi próximo baño con el peluquero. Que no sabemos porque, quedo más limpio que la vez que lo hicieron en casa. Será formación profesional.

Pero hoy nos llamaron para decirnos que hasta el 13 de septiembre el peluquero no vuelve. Así que me temo que la lucha volverá a nuestro baño, porque la jefa dice que estoy algo sucio. Considerando que los perros a veces nos limpiamos un poco cuando llueve, especialmente yo, y en esta ciudad no llueve hace dos meses, algo sucio si que estoy.

Pero presentaré batalla. La lucha para que no me bañen será de esas que dejan historia. Puede que no salga victorioso, después de todo cuando la jefa quiere algo, no se le puede llevar la contra, y si ella se propone volverme a bañar, asi será. Pero que no se diga que un Perrito tibetano no va a luchar.

Hola compañeros, soy Verdi.
Si, soy yo. El pequeño esta en mi balcón tomando el fresco, así que aprovecho para charlar un rato por aquí.
Hemos estado unos días fuera, en la casa de un amigo de la jefa, pues aquí en nuestro barrio eran fiestas populares en la calle, y dice la jefa que no se puede dormir con la música hasta las 4 Am.
No estuvo mal. Era un lugar que tenia un montón de verde, muchos árboles y conocimos a muchos amigos nuevos, pues la jefa se llevaba un libro para sentarse a leer debajo de un árbol a las tardes de calor, y como era un sitio cerrado nos dejaba libres por ahí “haciendo sociales”. No tenemos fotos pues la jefa estaba muy vaga para sacar fotos. Pero lo pasamos muy bien.
Por eso, estos días no leímos los blogs de nadie ni escribimos el nuestro, pues no teníamos ordenador.
Pero ya nos pondremos al día.
Vemos que siguen las perrolimpiadas, y nos esta encantado ver la fotos ganadoras. Todas están fantásticas.
Yo ando bien. Es más, dice la jefa que estoy fantástico. Juego, salto, corro la pelota, poquito pero lo hago. Estoy feliz, y con eso me basta. No saben que bueno ha sido pasar una semana completa con la jefa en casa, donde todos los paseos han sido con ella. Pero lo bueno dura poco, mañana ya volvemos a la rutina semanal.

Hola compañeros.
Las PerrOlimpiadas ya están aquí. En 6 días empiezan. Pero de repente nos dimos cuenta que no teníamos llama olímpica, asi que nos fuimos unos pocos, no hubo tiempo de avisar a más, a templo de Hera en Olympia, Grecia y les dijimos a las sacerdotisas que hicieran la ceremonia de encendido. No se si tendremos tiempo para pasar la llama por los distintos blogs pero lo intentamos.

Seguimos aqui. La jefa como contamos el otro día se fue a la Expo del Agua en Zaragoza, España y hasta hoy no hemos podido usar el ordenador.
Primero las noticias. Verdi sigue bien, aunque esta mañoso con la comida. Aun no lo han llevado al veterinario por la segunda opinión, están de vacaciones. Pero cuando vayan ya le contara la jefa. Pero bueno, esta animado, ayer estuvo corriendo en el parque con otro perro y esas cosas... Asi que todos estamos muy tranquilos y felices con él.
Como no tenemos mucho que contar pues al no estar la jefa, poco hemos hecho, les dejamos algunas fotos de donde la jefa fue...

Hola compañeros, soy el Gaucho...
Verdi esta bien, dentro de lo que se pude estar con 40 grados de temperatura a la sombra con un aire africano que esta sobre la ciudad. Pero esta animado y aunque estuvo un par de días sin comer por el calor, esta juguetón. Por suerte en casa tenemos aire acondicionado y por lo tanto estamos fresquitos.

Nuestra amiga Gorda, nos han anotado para jugar a los juegos de verano, esos que llaman memes. Y dice....

1. Enlazar al blog que te invitó.
2. Escribir las reglas en tu blog.
3. Contar 6 cosas extrañas sobre mi.
4. Enviar el Quirk a algunos amigos y poner sus enlaces.
5. Dejarles un comentario en su blog para que sepan del Quirk.

Vamos allá... 6 cosas extrañas. Vamos a contar 6 cosas de la familia, lo vimos en el blog de Simba y nos ha gustado...ya todos saben como somos de raros individualmente, ahora les contaremos como estamos los tres....

1- Esta familia esta formada por La jefa, Verdi y Yo el pequeño, Gaucho.
2- La jefa nos vive dando mimos, pero tiene la maldita costumbre de cambiarnos los nombres. A Verdi le llama, grandullón, viejito, culo gordo, perrito grande y demás cosas que no se pueden contar.
A mi, me llaman, perrito pequeño, bombón, cuchi cuchi, leoncito, lanas, y otros inconfesables. También hay que decir que muchos o algunos que me dicen ahora a mi, se los decía a Verdi cuando era pequeño como yo.
Aunque el mejor nombre que nos pone es "mis chicos". La gente en la calle siempre le pregunta "y tus chicos?".
3-La jefa ahora tiene un dilema con las vacaciones con nosotros. A Verdi le encanta la playa y el sol. Siempre esta tomando el sol. Pero a mi no me gusta ni la playa, ni el sol. Siempre estoy en la sombra. Así que no sabe donde ir. Pero bueno, ahora con lo de Verdi no podemos ir muy lejos. Mejor en casita con el aire frío.
4-La jefa nos lleva siempre donde va, o cuando puede. Por suerte tiene muchos amigos que nos quieren también mucho a nosotros, asi que vamos con ella a todos lados. Por eso, tenemos cinturones de seguridad especiales para perros en el coche.
5-A la jefa le gusta mucho la opera y la pone bastante en casa. Yo me voy al balcón cuando la pone pero a Verdi le encanta escucharla, se relaja escuchándola. Bueno eso dice la jefa, que es la que sabe.

Antes que hablemos de nosotros, le damos las inmensas gracias por vuestro apoyo y cariño. Nos han dado ánimos sobre la enfermedad de Verdi. Hemos estado investigando, y tenemos muchas esperanzas que el jefe, puede estar con nosotros, aun, muchos años. Lo importante es su calidad de vida.
Un ejemplo, de todos los mensajes recibidos, nos lo dio la mamá de nuestro amigo Hammer, que desde Australia, nos cuenta que ella tenia un perrito que se llamaba Benmore, y desde que le diagnosticaron Cushing, vivio más de 4 años con ella. Aca la foto del colega.

Tenemos mucha fe que todo ira bien. Igual esta semana creo que le llevaran a una segunda opinión. Les contaremos. Hemos leido todos los mensajes tanto en español como en ingles. Gracias compañeros.
Pero hablemos de cosas bonitas...

En otro orden de cosas, llevamos un fin de semana de tanto calor que en cualquier momento seremos "perritos calientes".
La jefa nos llevo el viernes y ayer, a un parque con una hierba que parecia un colchon de suavecita. Nos pasamos un montón de horas en la sombra de los árboles, sobre la hierba. Pero no tenemos fotos, pues las saco con su telefono un amigo de la jefa que estaba con nosotros pero aun no las mando. Cuando lo haga, se lo mostramos.

Por últimos, queremos hacer un poco de publicidad. Pues una de las fotos de Verdi, esta en el concurso de mejor foto del mes de Julio en Dogs with Blogs. Ya saben que solo pueden votar los que estan dados de alta, pero pedimos su voto porfi. A nuestra Girasol, le gusto mucho esta foto. Es esta...

Hola compañeros
Soy el Gaucho. Y pido que estas noticias que os voy a contar quede entre nosotros, que nuestro Verdi no se entere de nada. Vale???

Hemos ido al veterinario con la jefa, y le han hecho una ecografia en la barriga. Le afeitaron la pancita, pobre Verdi. Eso si, se comio luego un monton de galletas.
A lo que ibamos.
Aunque aun le tendran que hacer más pruebas, le han diagnosticado el Síndrome de Coshing.
Nuestro Verdi esta enfermo, y si confirman esto, su tratamiento sera dificil, pero la jefa y la veterinaria, esperaran a Septiembre para tomar alguna decición. Aun no tiene muchos síntomas asi que le dejaran pasar relajado el verano.
La jefa y yo, estamos triztes e intentaremos que nuestro Verdi se lo pase fenomenal este verano.
Y no queremos preocuparlo…

Hola compañeros soy Gaucho
Que tal va todo? Aca bien aunque estamos preocupados por Verdi. El otro día fue a la veterinaria a hacer su chequeo del higado, y no esta mejor. Asi que esta semana le toca hacer una ecografía. Los mantendremo en contacto.
Pero no quiero hablar de preocupaciones, la jefa ya esta bastante por todos.

Hola compañeros...
No seguimos con el festejo por la copa de Europa 2008. Solo estamos ocupados. Pero tenemos un monton de cosas para contar sobre el Felican 08 y muchas fotos. Este fin de semana les contamos, no nos extrañen mucho porfiiiiiiiiiiii... nosotros si los extrañamos mucho.

Mientras les mostramos las fotos del ultimo Jardín de Flores, en este caso Dalias que se ha abierto junto a nuestro parque en Madrid. Vamos mucho a él, nos gusta mucho pasear por entre las flores.

Un años más, por verano, se organiza en el parque del Retiro, en Madrid, Felicam, el XII Festival Felino y Canino El Refugio.

En este blog hemos contado que Verdi por ej, cuando tenia 6 años, gano el tercer puesto al perro má original.

Cuando suena el timbre de la calle, el primero que ladra para avisar a la jefa que viene es Verdi. Se pone muy excitado cuando sabe que alguien viene.

Pero ayer Gaucho tibetano, empezó con sus "duelos de titanes" como la jefa los llama. La que nos espera. Los adolecentes como él tienen que marcar quien manda en el grupo.

Ya empezamos con las fotitos. Menos mal que le toca al pequeño que ha ido a la peluqueria. Y aunque el el Fat Fat Daddy de Simba diga que los pelos largos en los perros no, porque son chicos... La jefa nuestra dice que esta equivocado. Que el pelo largo en los perros es muy sexie...
